Mr. P.B. Nimbalkar - Non Executive Chairman
A hardcore banker/ development banker having four decades of experience, who started his career with the Reserve Bank of India, before moving to IDBI and thereafter to SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India), where he worked as the Chairman & Managing Director. He is actively engaged in advisory capacity to banks and Institutions with an in-depth knowledge of all facets of the financial sector and the Capital market.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Jaiswal - Managing Director
A science graduate with a gold medal in Mathematics, from the Benaras Hindu University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he also holds a graduate degree from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. He is the promoter of the company and in his two decades of experience, has guided the company all throughout. He handles the portfolio of Corporate Advisory Services which includes Financial Structuring, Project Advisory Services & Debt Syndication.

Ms. Shraddha Jaiswal - Director
A Commerce Graduate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and Masters in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School, City University, London. She has very rich experience in International Fund raising and Acquisitions. She is looking after the International operations.

Mr. Chandra Mohan Bahety -Executive Director
A commerce graduate, 1st rank holder from Kolkata University, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India, he is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. With 16 years of experience in the field, his contribution to the company's work has been an immense advantage. He is actively involved in Project Advisory Services including Debt Syndication.

Mr. Rajesh Chhaochharia - Executive Director
A commerce graduate from Kolkata University, having completed article-ship from M/s Lodha & Company, Chartered Accountants, Kolkata and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. He heads the Southern Regional Operations of the company and with his 15 years of experience has been a driving force to the organization. He is actively involved in Project Advisory Services and the Capital market.

Mr. Lakshman Gupta - Executive Director
A commerce graduate from RVS College, Bokaro Steel City, he is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is actively involved in Project advisory services and debt syndication.

Mr. Mehul S. Sheth - Executive Director & Company Secretary - London (MPA Financial Services Limited, 100% wholly owned subsidiary)
Mr. Sheth is MSc Finance from Lancaster University Management School, UK and also holds a post graduate degree in commerce from Mumbai University. With 8 years of his record of achievements in the financial services industry in India as well as in the United Kingdom, he will be leading the London office. With his set of qualifications and expertise he is actively involved in structuring inter-continental corporate finance deals between India and European Unions.
